NOVYX provides marketing services across acquisition, brand, retention, and trust for iGaming brands — including but not limited to streamer partnerships, affiliate architecture, paid media coordination, social account management, in-house clipping, community engineering, and reputation/crisis moderation. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement with the client, which controls over anything on this site in case of conflict.
Marketing outcomes — views, deposits, retention, sentiment — depend on many factors outside NOVYX's control, including the client's product, market conditions, and platform policies. Nothing on this site or in general communications constitutes a guarantee of specific results.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, assets, and approvals needed to execute agreed work, and for ensuring their own operation is compliant with the licensing and regulatory requirements of the markets they operate in. NOVYX does not provide legal or regulatory advice.
We treat client campaign data, account access, and strategy discussions as confidential, and expect the same regarding any NOVYX materials shared with a client. Specific confidentiality obligations are typically formalized in a client's service agreement or a standalone NDA.
Content created by NOVYX for a client under an active engagement transfers to the client's ownership as specified in that engagement's agreement. NOVYX retains ownership of its own internal tools, processes, and pre-existing materials used to deliver the work.
Payment terms, fees, and invoicing schedules are set out in each client's individual service agreement, not on this site.
To the extent permitted by law, NOVYX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Either party may terminate an active engagement per the terms of that engagement's specific service agreement.
