Overview

NOVYX ("NOVYX," "we," "us," or "our") provides marketing, brand, retention, and trust services to iGaming operators. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to novyx.media and our clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Information you provide directly — when you book a call, email us, or fill out a form, we collect what you submit (name, email, company, and anything else you choose to share).
• Scheduling data — our booking flow is powered by Cal.com. When you schedule a call, Cal.com processes your name, email, and selected time slot on our behalf. See Cal.com's own privacy policy for how they handle that data in transit.
• Client campaign data — for active clients, we collect and store the operational data needed to run acquisition, brand, retention, and trust services (e.g. campaign metrics, account access needed to execute the work), as agreed in your service agreement.
• Automatically collected data — like most websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for performance and security purposes.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries and book calls; deliver the services outlined in a client's agreement; monitor and secure the site against abuse; and improve our services over time. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run this site and our services, including Cloudflare (hosting, security), Cal.com (scheduling), and standard email infrastructure. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry and scheduling information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or maintain our business records, and client campaign data for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

This site uses minimal, functional cookies (for example, from our scheduling embed) required to make those features work. We do not run third-party ad-tracking cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
